The evaluation report is being a result of appraiser's work and it is executed in conformity with the Russian legislation and evaluation standards approved by the RF Government. Evaluation report can be used in court to settle property disputes.
If this is a case, an independent expert evaluation is carried out by a court order. The report content may vary depending on an appraisal object, a type of evaluated cost, evaluation objectives, but it must include prescribed data defined by the foregoing legislative instruments: date of drawing up a report and its serial number; grounds for holding an object evaluation by an appraiser; appraisal assignment in accordance with the requirements of federal evaluation standards.
